Finished appointments are archived here — "Undo" sends one back to the open list.
Edits save as you go and drive the public site — the booking form and the price menu pick them up on their next load. "Save as default" makes the current menu the baseline that "Restore default menu" returns to. Prices are "from" prices; durations set how long a chair is blocked.
Revenue counts paid bookings by appointment date — unpaid and cancelled appointments are excluded.
Availability drives the public booking calendar: working hours limit the time slots, weekly days off grey out that weekday, and leave (single day or a range) blocks booking for that designer entirely.
